Associate Data Engineer with dbt

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test and maintain data pipelines that collect, transform, load and curate data from various internal and external data sources
- Connect to and explore third party data APIs
- Build efficient code to transform raw data into datasets for analysis, reporting and machine learning models
- Build data transformation pipelines using dbt
- Design and modify automated scripts in Python, SQL etc
- Maintaining lookup/mapping tables as needed for data models and processing
Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant work experience with 2+ yrs of experience
1-2 years experience as a Data Engineer or similar role with minimum 1 year of experience in developing data transformation scripts using dbt
1+ years of hands-on experience in writing complex, optimized SQL queries across large data sets
1+ years of experience with Python on Linux environment
Demonstrated strength in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing
Experience using Github for version control
